Hubwerk Volvo 544/210 B18 (1962-)
Ein schwergängiges Kupplungspedal, ein klemmendes Ausrücken oder ein Spiel, durch das sich die Kupplung nicht vollständig trennen lässt – oft liegt der Fehler im mechanischen Gestänge zwischen Pedal und Ausrückgabel, nicht in der Kupplungsscheibe selbst. Beim 544 und P210 mit B18 wandert der Verschleiß gern in Buchsen und Gelenke, und dann wird das Pedalgefühl schwammig, lange bevor die Kupplungsscheibe verschlissen ist.
