Hubwerk Volvo Duett 445 (B4B/B16) (-1961)
Ein schlaffes Kupplungspedal, Quietschen im Pedalkasten und eine ausgeschlagene Pedalachse sind klassische Symptome einer verschlissenen Betätigung. Beim Duett 445 mit B4B- oder B16-Motor erfolgt die mechanische Übertragung vom Pedal bis zum Ausrücken über eine Pedalachse mit zugehörigen Lager- und Dichtflächen, und schon ein paar Zehntelmillimeter Spiel machen sich als schwammiges Pedalgefühl bemerkbar.

Bei einer Überholung lohnt es sich, Splint und Sicherungsring gleich mitzutauschen – die kleinen Sicherungselemente sind oft korrodiert und kosten fast nichts gegenüber dem Risiko, dass sich ein Gelenk löst. Die Teile sind für 445-Chassis bis 1961 vorgesehen.
